Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact mariannawilliamsonntwvk@outlook.com before returning anything. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions, including any applicable return shipping arrangements. Do not send a package without authorization.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can review and resolve the issue.

Eligibility

Opened or used hair color products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where required by law or where an item is defective. This does not affect your rights for damaged or incorrect goods.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us.

Exchanges

Contact us to arrange an eligible return before placing a separate order for a different item.
